THE COBBLES
The Cobbles is a quaint top floor 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Filey, right on the doorstep of the Coastline. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach, or an evening stroll along the promenade this property is perfectly located for all your holiday needs. The building itself boasts a very traditional seaside feel, with the property being over 100 years old. The Cobbles has only recently been renovated, and is complete with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities, a lounge and dining area, free Wifi, a smart TV and cosy double bedroom. The sofa pulls out to an additional small double bed which is ideal for young children.

COSY CORNER
Cosy Corner is a set in the exceptional Blue Dolphin Holiday Park, surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches. The park overlooks Gristhorpe Bay and is right next to the golden beach at Filey. Explore the wild moors close by or head to the fishing lake at Blue Dolphin for a spot of fishing before enjoying an evening of entertainment. You’ll be able to step onto some of Yorkshire’s loveliest coastline, with the clifftops around the park a must for a walk and photo whilst you soak up the sea breeze.
Cosy Corner has 3 bedrooms, and sleeps up to 8 people when incorporating the sofa bed in the living room. The lodge itself is in excellent condition in line our high standards, and to keep up with modern trends.

Ocean Breeze is the epitome of a modern and chic holiday getaway by the coast; it has 3 bedrooms - a master double bed, a twin bedroom, and then a further room with a bunk bed (Double bed at the bottom and single bed overhead) - sleeping up to 7 people.
Located in Primrose Valley Holiday Park, which is one the largest Haven sites - brimming with family fun! Kids and grown-ups alike will love the indoor swimming pool complete with a multi-lane water slide. If you prefer to take it outdoors there’s the heated pool and access to a sandy beach; or you tackle the outdoor Aerial Adventure course and visit the mini Fun Fair.

Syke View Lodge is the epitome of a luxury and opulent holiday home by the coast; with uninterrupted sea views, and a generous decking area. It has 2 bedrooms - a master double bed, a twin bedroom, and also a double pull out sofabed in the living room - sleeping up to 6 people. The lodge is only a few years old and has been carefully designed to meet our guests high standards and to keep up with modern trends. Elegant soft furnishings have been added to give the home an extra touch of comfort. Syke View Lodge is complete with a spacious living area incorporating an open plan kitchen/ diner, bathroom facilities, gas, water, electric, Wifi, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and a shared parking available on the door step.

Sandlings is a stunning 4 bedroom iconic seaside property, only a stones throw away from Filey Promenade and beach. This beautiful holiday home sleeps up to 9 people and is absolutely ideal for large families or multi family getaways to the Yorkshire East Coast.
The decor inside is a perfect blend of modern chic and coastal themes, giving that feel of cosiness by the sea. The property is extensive, boasting 3 floors of spacious rooms and sea views. The layout comprises of a long galley style kitchen, large dining and living room area, 2 double bedrooms; one with an en-suite, a bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, and a further bedroom with 2 single beds. The property has ample amenities to suit larger groups with a main bathroom, a further toilet room, and en-suite upstairs.
